Ripple’s C Series principal investor Tetragon sued Ripple following SEC charges.
Ripple faced another lawsuit, this time from one of its investors. Tetragon, the chief investor of Ripple’s $ 200 million Series C, sued the company following a recent SEC complaint. Tetragon demands that Ripple’s assets be frozen.
Tetragon Financial Group sued the company following a recent complaint from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), according to a report by Bloomberg. Tetragon filed a complaint with the Delaware Chancellor’s Court on Monday.
Tetragon also wants to prevent Ripple from using any cash or other liquid assets until payment is made. The company requested a temporary restraining order, injunction and expedited trial from the court.
